1. Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order with Friends Felas Apparels, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order.

2. Order Processing: Please allow 4-5 business days for order processing and delivery. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. For local (South Africa) orders, we use reliable local couriers such as Aramex, Dawn Wing, Courier Guy, etc. International orders are shipped with DHL Express for secure and efficient delivery.

4. Shipping Delays: Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends, and public holidays. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

5. P.O. Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid street address is required for delivery.

6. Shipping Responsibility: Friends Felas Apparels is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Please note that our parcels are not shipped as insured.

7. Standard Delivery Fee: Our standard delivery fee for all orders within South Africa is R100. This fee covers the cost of shipping and ensures your order reaches you promptly.
